Zune MP3 Player - Problems and Troubleshooting

Set the Hold switch to the unlocked position. Make sure that the Hold switch is in the unlocked position. You may have to move the switch back and forth until the switch is in the correct position.
Press and hold the Back ( ← ) button while you press the top of the Zune pad.
Release the buttons when the Zune device begins to restart.

Mi zune de 120 gb estaba congelado y seguí las instrucciones que se dan al incio de la pagina y funcionó muy bien...escribo esto para los hispanoparlantes: El zune player tiene 3 botones en la parte inferior, el de la izquierda tiene una flecha y en el medio uno de mayor tamaño. hay que presionar estos 2, el del medio en la parte de arriba(como para subirle al volumen) y mantener un momento hasta que se reinicia. Gracias por la instruccón.Pensé que no iba a recuperar el reproducctor.
it wont delete off my device copies of songs.i have like eight copies of like every other song.i delete them in the software, then update,sync,disconnect,reconnect, restart the program and the songs are still being showed on the device but not in the softwar.how can i get rid of all these copies that are displayed on the device but not in the software
btw zune is so crappy.as soon as i can afford another mp3 ima gonna get one without all this software headache..i hate this stupid thing but till then i need help to suffer through with this thing
